A free, confidential, phone call helps us get to know you and your situation. If you are interested in our representation, we ask you to sign an agreement. This in no way obligates you to sell. The agreement protects both parties if we move forward.
VALUATION
We will determine the true value of your pharmacy. The valuation process is a step that must be taken in order to gauge what buyers will pay for your business. We can provide
an accurate analysis by breaking down and building back up the profit and loss statement. We will remove all unnecessary expenses that could lower your total value for
prospective buyers.
STRATEGIZE AND PREPARE TO SELL
If we can agree on a price range we need to dig a little deeper to see what else can be
done to increase the sales prices. If there are small improvements that can be done
we will find them.
FIND A BUYER
We know the strategy to getting the highest price for your pharmacy is to increase the number of potential buyers. With marketing techniques and network of buyers, we are able to confidentitally scout, match and qualify buyers for your pharmacy.

This is often the step that is missed by others. We will not stop working for you once a
deal is reached. That leaves out some very important steps. Our representation continues through inventory and A/R inquiries, document signing and the final exchange of funds.
